Looking for some more ways to get more greens into your kids? then you need to try this recipe, not only is it so beneficial for your gut health, its also packed full of loads of nutrients and minerals from the green powder and colloidal minerals

 1 cup coconut cream, milk or Kultured Wellness Coconut Yoghurt
 1/2 tsp Spirulina Powder or Changing Habits Supreme Green Blend
 1 banana
 1 tbsp Changing Habits Gelatin (mixed into 3-4 tbsp filtered water)
 Optional: 2 tsp raw honey

Mix the water and gelatin together in a small bowl and set aside to bloom.

Add the bloomed gelatin to a small saucepan on low to medium heat to dissolve.

Once the gelatin is dissolved add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth, creamy and evenly combined.

Pour into a bowl and place in the fridge to set.

Once ready, enjoy!
