Grain-Free Date Scones

This is a great alternative to old-fashioned date scones

Yields1 ServingDifficultyIntermediate
 3 cups almond meal
 2 organic eggs
 10 Changing Habits Dates, chopped
 1 tsp baking soda

Preheat gas oven to 180C and line a tray with baking paper

In a large bowl, mix almond meal and baking soda together. Add all remaining ingredients and combine until a sticky dough is formed.

Using hands, mould mixture into small round shapes and place on prepared tray

Place on the lined tray and bake for 25 Minutes to 30 Minutes or until lightly golden

Remove and enjoy with grass-fed butter or Changing Habits Coconut Oil
