Many people have an issue with wheat and don’t really know it. The only way to tell is to eliminate wheat from your diet and see how you feel. The problem is, people don’t know where to start and how to make changes, or not sure what to eat or cook. That’s why we have come up with a simple, yet highly effective program, that will guide you each week educating you on what you can eat, what you need to look for and how to make lifestyle changes. You will also be supplied a weekly meal plan with easy and delicious recipes to prepare.
“We have certainly observed over time a steady increase in the rate of coeliac and non-coeliac gluten sensitivity”Dr Terry Wahls
Some common conditions of wheat and gluten intolerance can include:
• Foggy brain
• Skin conditions
• Joint pain
• Digestive discomfort
• Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)
• Linked to many auto-immune conditions
• Stimulates appetite
What others are saying
I can see that I have a waist! My clothes fit better and I am now shopping a dress size down. One of my friends remarked that I looked less toxic. If I do suffer the headaches, joint pain and mood swings I now know why, and, have the knowledge to improve my circumstance.
The 6 weeks No Wheat challenge has helped me to begin one change at a time. I eliminated wheat only from my diet and this helped me take the pressure off having to eliminate more than that. I found that I have had no fogginess or bloating. I am proud to say that I am still happily wheat free.
During the challenge, I found I had less bloating and my sinuses had cleared. I didn't find the challenge too difficult, just had to be diligent in reading labels
I noticed a big difference with inflammation in my feet and hands, they are so much better. My sinus has also improved and I don’t feel bloated anymore
I learnt so much about the refinement of our food and today’s food marketing. I learnt to be more organised and to listen to my body. By the end of the program, I was sleeping so much better.
Ronis White and Damian Dempster
I did this with my partner and one of the most significant outcomes of the challenge is the difference we feel in ourselves including no foggy brain, no headaches, less sinus issues, sleeping better, not bloated anymore, weight loss, improved blood test results and being so much more organised with our shopping and meal planning.

Cyndi O’Meara, Creator of 6 Weeks No Wheat Challenge
Cyndi O’Meara is a nutritionist, best selling author, international speaker and founder of Changing Habits. Cyndi has been a nutritionist for over 30 years, has lived a healthy lifestyle her entire life, in fact she has never taken any medication, not even paracetomol. Cyndi went on an loss diet a few years ago after gaining some excess weight, and suffering aches and pains, which she thought was just part of getting older. After eliminating foods out of her diet, she noticed when she re-introduced wheat, her aches and pains came back. She started to question why, as she was brought up on a healthy diet, had eaten healthy foods all her life, and the bread she ate was always from organic sources.
This led her to investigate what has happened and why after eating wheat for thousands of years, it has been now linked to so many health problems. That lead Cyndi to creating the “What’s With Wheat” documentary, where she travelled the world interviewing 14 experts on wheat and health. Cyndi realises, that it is not easy for people to just cut wheat out of their diet; it is a major food group and it is everywhere, particularly in western society. It is also quite confusing on what to buy as we see a large influx of gluten free food products and people assume that they are good for them. Cyndi graduated with a BSc majoring in Nutrition from Deakin University in 1984, her special interest was ancestral foods.
At the end of her degree she was so disillusioned by the nutritional guidelines that she paved her own path and stayed clear of the low fat diets of the day, and not without controversy. Her ground breaking book Changing Habits Changing Lives (1998) became an instant best seller and from there she has grown a successful organic food company, certified online education program and ground breaking documentary.
Cyndi is about educating, her greatest love is to teach people, in order for them to make better choices in their life, so they too can enjoy greater health throughout their life. Her unique, surprisingly simple and down-to-earth approach challenges and encourages others to eliminate unhealthy habits and has inspired thousands to make smarter choices about the food they choose to put into their body. By educating people on how to read food labels, why diets don’t work, and how drugs can affect your total well-being and vitality, Cyndi confronts her audiences with new truths and empowers them to make long lasting changes with simple and achievable steps on how to create healthier habits.
