At Changing Habits, we believe that educating people about whole food is the key to a rebellion.

We recommend…

Sheridan Joy Austin

Sheridan is a qualified holistic Nutritionist and a certified Gut and Psychology Syndrome (GAPS) practitioner, whereby she uses food as medicine to support health and vitality. Sheridan is a speaker, nutrition consultant, recipe creator and writer.

“The power of food as medicine is incredible and often underestimated.”

”I have an overwhelming passion to help, inspire, research and do everything possible to assist in providing a better life to those that need it, and particularly for those people that have been told there is nothing they can do about their debilitating symptoms. It is my honour to encourage individuals to believe that they can live their best life possible, and to continue creating the best version of themselves.”

Sheridan has a special interest in many areas, including the following:

  • Auto-immune diseases
  • Autism, ADD, ADHD
  • Digestive distress (candida overgrowth, general gut dysbiosis)
  • Cravings
  • Anxiety, stress
  • Weight loss
  • Hormonal imbalances
  • Pregnancy and breast feeding
  • Blood sugar control
  • Nutrient deficiencies (iron, vitamin D, B vitamins and so on)
  • Food sensitivities
  • Mood swings and much more

“I’ve known Sheridan her whole life and I have watched this amazing young lady blossom into a passionate and knowledgeable student of life, nutrition and food.

Sheridan has also been part of the research and development of our Nutrition Education Course. Her knowledge is far beyond most nutritionists and Sheridan knows how to help people change their food habits.“
