This year we are holding the retreat at the beautiful 5 star RACV Noosa Resort, on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. The setting is magnificent, overlooking a pristine wetlands sanctuary. You will have your own room, or alternatively you can choose to share.
If you are coming from interstate, you can fly into either Brisbane or Maroochydore airport and arrange a door to door airport shuttle directly to RACV Noosa Resort. Just call the Resort with your flight details to book and pay directly with them.
Alternatively you could hire a car and drive directly to the venue.
The weekend will be focused on caring for your body and the importance of nourishing it with healthy food. So the menu is organic, gluten free, additive free, delicious and totally mouthwatering! It has been chosen by Cyndi to show you how delicious healthy food can be.

Cyndi wants you to get the most from the retreat, so the activities will be a combination of exercise, meditation, education talks, experimental learning, Q&A sessions, cooking demos, eat amazing food and enjoy the company of other like-minded people.
The retreat will begin on Friday evening at 5pm with a meet and greet and canape meal, and will end on Sunday evening at 3pm.
For the times in between, please allow yourself to be flexible and enjoy the present moment. Each evening the following day’s schedule will be shared.
