SHOP ONLINE

For every $1 you spend online on Changing Habits branded products, you earn 1 point.  For every $2 you spend online on all other products, you earn 1 point.

EARN

For every 100 points earned, you redeem $10 in the online shop. (Points cannot be earned on special offers or sales but can be redeemed). Please note: points are valid for 12 months only, from date of purchase.

PRODUCT REVIEW

Earn 20 bonus points for a review written on a purchased product (1 individual product review per customer, per product)

REFER

Use your unique referral link in your account and send it to your friends and family. Earn bonus points if they use the link and purchase – you will earn 10% of the points they do.

REDEEM

Points can be used on ANY of the products In the Changing Habits online shop (excluding gift vouchers, events and other offers – see Terms & Conditions below). Please note: points are valid for 12 months only, from date of purchase.

Participation in our Loyalty Program

Participation in our Loyalty Program is available to individuals only.

If you wish to become a member of our Loyalty Program, you need to have created an account online. Click here to setup an account.  You will be bound by these terms and conditions when you first sign up to join our Loyalty Program.

All members will need to login to their account when placing an order online. Once logged in, your points will automatically be added to your account when your order has been processed. Our loyalty program is only available for online orders.

Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in our Loyalty Program, you must create an account with us containing a valid email address.

For every AU$1 spent on Changing Habits branded products, you earn one (1) point. For every AU$2 spent on all other products, you earn one (1) point. For every 100 points accumulated, you can redeem AU$10 to spend in the Changing Habits online shop. For each review written on a purchased product (one individual product review per customer, per product) will receive 20 bonus points. 20 bonus points will be applied upon a new account signup.

To enable us to keep track of your purchases, you must ensure you are logged into your account at time of checkout. No phone orders, over the counter purchases, or purchasing at events are eligible for Loyalty points.

Your points are not transferable to any individual. Points cannot be manually added or backdated. Points cannot be redeemed for cash.

Points can only be redeemed once a customer earns 100 points. Please note: points are valid for 12 months only, from date of purchase. When redeeming points on an order you will be ineligible to earn points for that order.

Points for any order are only earnt once an order has been shipped.

Loyalty Program Inclusions/Exclusions

Loyalty points can be used on any of the Changing Habits products, including already discounted packs.

Collection and redemption of Loyalty points is excluded on the following:

(a)      Gift Vouchers

(b)      Events, including health retreats

(c)      Education products, found on Functional Nutrition Academy website –  www.thenutrition.academy

(d)      Products found on www.whatswithwheat.com

(e)     Any other discount code or coupon offer.

(f) When redeeming points you are ineligible to earn points for that order.

Referral Program

You can earn extra points by referring Changing Habits to a friend, family member or your community. You can create a link via your account by clicking on the ‘Generate Referral Link’ button. You can even create a special referral link to a specific page if you wish. Once you generate the link, you copy the link that was generated and simply send it to whoever you wish. Receive 10% of points when your referrer purchases in the Changing Habits store. For example, if they spend $100, they receive 100 points, you receive 10 points.

Redemption of Referral Program Inclusions/Exclusions

Referral points are eligible on any of the Changing Habits products, including already discounted packs. We cannot manually apply any referral points to your account.

Referral points is excluded on the following:

(a)      Gift Vouchers

(b)      Events, including health retreats

(c)      Education products, found on Functional Nutrition Academy website –  www.thenutrition.academy

(d)      Products found on www.whatswithwheat.com

(e)     Any other discount code or coupon offer.

Amendment to Terms

Changing Habits reserves the right at all times to make any changes to its Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions which include but are not limited to:

(a)     Changes to rules governing membership of the Loyalty Program;
(b)     Changes to rules governing the issue and use of Loyalty points; and
(c)     Changes to the amount of the Loyalty points or any other benefit offered.

Termination

Changing Habits reserves the right to terminate the Loyalty Program at any time by giving you at least 30 days prior written notice.

Changing Habits may give you notice:

(a)   online;

(b)   in writing; or

(c)   through a newsletter.

Changing Habits Loyalty Program Privacy Notice

This privacy notice contains important information regarding the collection, use, storage and disclosure of personal information.

Collection

The information we collect includes:

• Transactional information when you purchase goods from Changing Habits whether online or in-store
• Information you may provide to us from time to time through our website – www.changinghabits.com.au
• Information you may provide to us through contact with our customer service centre.

To partake in our Loyalty program, it is not practicable for us to deal with you by anonymity, you will need to identify yourself.

You may use a pseudonym name if you do not wish to provide us with your correct name, however to be eligible to participate in our loyalty program and the benefits it offers to customers, it is important that any other personal information you provide to us, such as your mailing address, is correct.

Use, storage and disclosure

To administer our loyalty program and to provide you with Loyalty points, Changing Habits may use and store personal information that you provide to us for marketing, sales, and/or promotions to keep you informed of special promotions, events, product launches and any other special offers.

If you do not wish to receive marketing or promotional material, you can unsubscribe from our mailing list, found at the bottom of any email marketing correspondence.

You permit Changing Habits to share your personal information if required by law, with any law enforcement body or agency.

Changing Habits will take all reasonable steps to ensure your personal information is protected from unauthorised access, misuse and modification.

If any personal information you provided to us has changed, please update in your account.

Changing Habits is not responsible to you for any loss or damage due to any false or incorrect personal information provided to us.

You agree that your access to and use of this site and the Loyalty Program is subject to these terms and conditions and is at your own risk.  This site and its content is provided to you on an “as is” basis, this site may contain errors, faults and inaccuracies and may not be complete and current.

Changing Habits does not accept any liability for any loss or damages incurred or suffered by you or any other person as a result of your use of this site or the Loyalty Program.
