Mango, Macadamia and Cultured Coconut Custard

The combination of Mango, Macadamias and Coconut make this the most summery tasting custard around with added benefits of cultures (if you want) and gelatin what more could you ask for!

 Flesh of 3 ripe mangoes
 1 small ripe banana (optional)
 1/3 cup macadamias
 2 cups of cultured coconut cream/ milk (We used Kultured Wellness Cultures)
 1/4 cup filtered water
 1 vanilla bean, scraped
 1/2 tsp Changing Habits Turmeric Powder (optional)
 1-2 tsp honey (optional)

Mix gelatin and water together in a small bowl and allow to bloom and thicken.

Add the gelatin mixture to a small sauce pan and melt together on a low heat until dissolved completely.

Add all ingredients to a good quality blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.

Pour into a glass jar and place in the fridge to set.

Once ready top with macadamias and/ or shredded coconut and enjoy!
