This is a one-time only event, as Hilda retraces the footsteps of Dr Price from 85 years ago on his pioneer studies of ancestral health around Australia.

Holistic Hilda explains Weston A Price principals – those who ate their traditional diets were healthy; those who departed from their diets had many health concerns. Hilda will discuss:

  • The critical role of nutrient-dense food and fertility.
  • The important role of fats, challenging the status quo on cholesterol.
  • Our decline in physical/mental health and obesity epidemic.
  • The value of raw milk and protection against childhood allergies.

Cyndi shares her passion for her farm, which has been her dream since she was 19, as well as the importance of going back to our traditional farming methods.

On the breath-taking Changing Habits Farm, a beautiful afternoon tea will also be served to enjoy!
