    I bought this pack on the back of a recommendation from Cyndi that you can eat cacao melt with a piece of date to keep you going. She is absolutely right, its a great tasty treat I recommend to anyone and better for you than eating a chocolate bar. Will order again.

    Wonderful ingredients of the highest quality. I’ve been using a few Changing Habits products in my morning smoothie:
    Super Jaffa Smoothie:

    The Changing Habits dates and cinnamon add an incredible caramel fragrant taste to this already delicious smoothie which is packed with antioxidants & nutrients.

    1 banana
    1 navel orange + scrubbed 4x1cm slice of peel
    1 Deglet Noor date
    5 cacao melts
    1/2 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
    2 tsp cocoa powder
    2 tsp gelatin powder
    1/4 raw cashews soaked overnight then rinsed
    (optional: 1 scoop Caruso super magnesium powder)

    Dissolve the gelatin, cacao melts and cocoa powder (more or less to taste. I like an intense chocolatey flavour & don’t want to burn through my precious cacao melts by using more than necessary) in 1/4 cup hot water. Add along with cinnamon and banana into blender. Slice desired quantity of peel from the orange & put in blender. Cut the orange into quarters. Pull remaining peel off each quarter & discard before adding to blender along with the date & cashews. If you need your smoothie icy cold add some ice. Blend on high for about 20 seconds.

    This recipe can also be used as the base for a pudding made with the organic chia seeds. Simply add a tablespoon of seeds before blending then pour into a bowl and refrigerate overnight. You may want to omit the gelatin if making chia pudding as it will set on its own and if the gelatin has activated the consistency will be too firm.
