Broken down into manageable steps, the program allows you to work through them at your own pace, taking advantage of extra tips and advice along the way. In Steps 1 and 2 of the Introduction to Real Food Program, you learn how to create healthy meals, which foods will provide your body with what it needs, and which foods should be avoided.

Rapadura Sugar: 100% unrefined sugar cane – rapadura sugar is recognised for its delicious caramel flavour, fine grain texture and golden colour. Rapadura can be used in place of white, raw or brown sugar in any recipe.
Seaweed Salt 250g: Can replace all other salt products – use as a table salt and sprinkle on porridge, salads, vegetables and other meals, or use in cooking. It contains 84 minerals and trace elements that are highly beneficial for the body, including magnesium, calcium, copper, potassium and iron. Stored in a handy glass jar with two flip lid options – multi-hole pattern for sprinkling and open section for pouring.
Ceylon Cinnamon: Versatile spice can be used in both sweet and savoury dishes such as muesli, smoothies, cakes, baked or roast vegetables, curries and salads. It has a beautiful aroma and sweet flavour and is free from fillers, additives and preservative.
Turmeric Powder: Is a versatile spice used in cooking for its beautiful, rich yellow colour and peppery, warm, slightly bitter flavour. Can be added to casseroles, sprinkled on roasted vegetables, used to make a spice rub and added to rice and soups. Turmeric can also be used to make a tea or broth drink or even added to sweet dishes.
Inca Inchi Oil: Cold pressed oil containing essential fatty acids – omega 3 (ALA), 6 and 9. From inca inchi plant native to the Peruvian Amazon region. Ideal used as a salad dressing, in smoothies, on vegetables, pasta, to make a mayonnaise, as a dipping sauce, with a vinaigrette or as a replacement for flax seed oil, or taken on its own as a food supplement.
Cacao Melts: Versatile – can make homemade chocolates, drinks, ganache, fruit covered in chocolate, cakes, chocolate chip cookies, icings…the list is endless. Enjoy as a guilt-free snack – has no soy lecithin. Cacao beans simply gently roasted, crushed and tempered and the liquified cacao is then conveniently shaped into melts and brought to room temperature. Delicious!
Rapadura Sugar: You can use our Organic Rapadura Sugar for all your baking needs. It replaces white, raw and brown sugar like for like.

Inca Inchi Oil: Can be used in much the same way as you would use extra virgin olive oil – in salad dressings, on vegetables, pasta, to make a mayonnaise, as a dipping sauce, with a vinaigrette or as a replacement for flax seed oil. We do not recommend heating Inca Inchi Oil (to ensure the fatty acids are preserved). Daily intake 10gms.
Cacao Melts: Our Cacao Melts can be used for all of your recipes that call for cacao. Please note: This is a temperature sensitive product. During the hotter periods of October to April, products are prone to melting. Please order at your discretion. We do not recommend leaving these products outdoors for any periods of time.

Seaweed Salt: Pure Himalayan crystal salt mixed with organic dulse powder.
