Choc Cinnamon Bliss Balls

The beauty about this recipe is the cinnamon content. Cinnamon poses insulin like effects on our blood glucose levels, lowering and regulating our sugar levels. Cinnamon is also antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and is high in antioxidants. It tastes great too, especially with cacao.

I am insulin resistant so I’m looking forward to trying the choc cinnamon bliss balls. I’ve put on so much weight and being only a pensioner find it hard to buy food within my price range so a nibble that is healthy I’m looking forward to. The other recipes above look so delish.

Yesterday I had some bad news from my cardiologist and meant that I had to cancel my hip surgery for next week.
