Spaghetti Sauce – Extra Nourishing

This spaghetti sauce is such a beautiful meal and is so easy to make.

 3 carrots, grated or diced
 3 zucchinis, grated or diced
 2 onions, diced
 4 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
 2 tins organic tomatoes
 150 g Organic tomato paste
 1 cup Organic Red Wine
 1 litre Homemade Bone Broth
 1 stick rosemary
 1 stick fresh oregano and thyme
 500 g Organic beef mince
 1/4 cup coconut oil, ghee or butter

Add the carrot, onion and oil or butter to a large sauce pan and fry on medium heat until golden.

Add the meat to the carrots and onions and brown until golden.

Add all other ingredients to the saucepan and simmer on low-medium heat until the liquid has reduced (to your liking) and you have a beautiful rich spaghetti sauce.

Serve with homemade pasta, rice, quinoa, buckwheat, cauliflower rice, zucchini noodles or mung bean pasta.
