Apple Spice Chia Porridge.
Pulse the apple and dates in the thermomix until shredded.
Add the chia seeds, coconut milk, water and spices to the fruit. Speed 3, 80 degrees, 2 min. Leave until chia seeds have soaked up all the flavours (couple of minutes).
Serve with desired fruit and Homemade yogurt or Homemade Kefir.
