Blueberry Breakfast Smoothy Bowl

Take your smoothy to the next level by making this gorgeous blueberry smoothy bowl!

 1 large frozen banana, chopped into pieces
 1 avocado
 1/2 - 1 cup of organic blueberries
 Add enough coconut cream or milk to allow the ingredients to blend together until smooth, creamy and lump free (yet still very thick)
 Optional: 1-2 Tbsp macadamia nut or almond butter, 1 tsp Changing Habits Probiotics, 1 tsp Changing Habits Colloidal Minerals, 1/2 tsp Changing Habits Camu Camu Powder, 1/2 - 1 Tbsp raw honey or pure maple syrup if your tastebuds need more sweetness
Garnish Ingredients
 1 kiwi fruit, sliced
 A handful of Changin Habits Inca Inchi Seeds
 4-5 Changing Habits Cacao Melts, chopped
 0.50 cup organic raspberries and blueberries
 Optional: Edible flowers

Add all of your chosen main ingredients to a thermomix, food processor or high speed blender and blitz until combined, smoothy and creamy.


Taste the mixture and adjust if needed.


Scoop the mixture into a bowl and top with your chosen garnish ingredients and have fun decorating it! Enjoy immediately.
