Blueberry, Lime & Ginger Gummies

 2 cups organic blueberries
 Juice of 1 lime
 Liquid stevia to taste (we used roughly 10 drops) or your preferred sweetener of choice
 A few slices of fresh ginger soaked in 1 cup boiling water
 4 1/2 Tbsp Changing Habits Gelatin soaked in 1 cup water (allow it to bloom and thicken)
 1 cup water

Add the bloomed gelatin + the 1 cup of water to a small saucepan and heat on low until the gelatin has dissolved.


Remove the saucepan from the heat.


Stir through the remaining ingredients, remove the chunks of ginger and pour into a glass container.


Place in the fridge to set.


Once it's ready, slice into squares and enjoy.
