Creamy, decadent dairy-free caramel sauce. Spoon onto pancakes, ice-cream, puddings or cakes!
Pour the coconut milk into a pot over a medium-high heat. Bring to a boil. Add the maple syrup and whisk for about 5 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium and simmer for approximately 35 minutes or until it thickens.
Store in an air-tight container in the fridge.
