A super quick and nourishing breakfast. Perfect for those chilly Winter mornings.
Add all the ingredients (except garnishes) to a small saucepan and heat on low. Heat for a few minutes or until it starts to thicken up nicely. Continue to stir the mix.
When it's ready (it should be thick and plump), scoop into 2 bowls and garnish them with your preferred garnishes.
