This slice is another favourite at the Changing Habits office, it never really seems to last longer than 1 day. That means it must be a hit!

 1 - 1 1/4 cups shredded coconut
 A pinch of Changing Habits Seaweed Salt
 1-2 tsp Changing Habits Ceylon Cinnamon
 2-3 tsp Changing Habits Ginger Powder(or use fresh ginger to taste)
 1-2 tsp Changing Habits Probiotics
 1 cup Changing Habits Dates
 1/2 cup Changing Habits Cacao Melts
 1-2 tbsp coconut oil
 Optional Add Ins: Zest of 1 orange

Add all of your ingredients to a food processor or thermomix and blitz to combine.

Press the mixture into a lined container and place in the fridge to set.

When it's ready, slice into bars, triangles or squares. Enjoy!
