
Place all ingredients into a food processor or thermomix, and whiz on medium to high speed until combined - this can take just a few seconds!
Line a loaf tin or container with baking paper, the bigger the size the thinner the bar.
Add the mixture to your container and press down with your fingers until well compacted. Place in freezer until firm and can be sliced.
Slice the muesli bar to your desired size.
Melt the cacao wafers on a very low heat in a saucepan, and remove from the heat. Whisk in the honey if you're choosing to add this.
Slowly drizzle the chocolate over the muesli bar.
Store in an air tight container in the fridge or freezer.
