Chocolate Macadamia Ginger Fudge

This is a simple and easy recipe you can make in under 5 minutes. It contains many beautiful whole ingredients, one of which is ginger. Ginger contains calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and potassium. It is also an anti-spasmodic, prevents nausea, improves circulation and is wonderful for the female reproductive system.

 1/5 cups Macadamia nut butter (or blend nuts in a food processor or thermomix until it becomes a nut butter)
 1/4 cups Raw cacao powder
 1/4 cups Changing Habits Coconut Oil
 12 tbsp Raw honey
 A good pinch of Changing Habits Seaweed Salt
 1 Vanilla Bean or ½ Tbsp Vanilla Essence
 1 tsp Changing Habits Ceylon Cinnamon
 1 tsp Ginger powder (depending on how strong you like it)

Blend all ingredients together in a food processor or thermomix until well combined and creamy.

Line a small baking pan or container with paper and pour the mixture in, or spoon into small paper cups.

Put in the fridge or freezer until hard.

Once ready, cut into squares, rectangles or triangles.

Store in the fridge or freezer as it freezes really well.
