 3/4 cup Changing Habits Shredded CoconutChanging Habits Shredded Coconut
 1/2 cup of nuts or seeds (we used a mixture of activated nuts and seeds for extra crunch)
 A pinch of Changing Habits Seaweed Salt
 1 cup Changing Habits Dates
 2 Tbsp Changing Habits Coconut Oil
 2-3 drops food grade peppermint essential oil (or more to taste)
 1/2 cup Changing Habits Cacao Melts

Add all the ingredients to a food processor or thermomix and blitz until combined and broken down.


Press the mixture into a lined container evenly.


Place the slice in the fridge until set.


Slice into squares and enjoy!
