This is our different take on chocolate. We added in the Changing Habits shredded coconut & muesli for a delicious flavour and crunchy texture.
Add the cacao melts, salt and coconut oil to a small saucepan and melt on a low heat until completely combined.
Remove from the heat and stir through the honey (to taste), nut butter and shredded coconut evenly, if you're choosing to add in the ginger mix it through now too.
Line a container with baking paper, then pour the chocolate mixture inside.
Sprinkle the muesli on top of the chocolate mix and place in the fridge to set.
When ready, slice into squares and enjoy.
Store in the fridge or freezer.
