Cleansing Green Juice

A refreshing, zingy, cleansing green juice that's so simple to put together - perfect for when you have a hectic morning!

 1 Bunch of celery
 1 Large knob of ginger
 1 Lemon (skin removed)
 1 Green apple (skin removed)
 2 Handfuls of parsley
 2.5 cups filtered water (if blending rather than juicing)

Juicer: Place all ingredients in juicer and mix well.


Blender: Place all ingredients in blender, ADD 2.5 cups of water and mix well.


Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy!
