Looking for a healthy alternative to those processed pre-made powder hot chocolate mixes? Then you will love this, it's such a treat! Its completely made from wholefoods and is absolutely delicious!
Add coconut milk/ cream, water, cacao powder, coconut oil and salt to the thermomix bowl. Heat at 70-80C for 3-4 minutes on speed 3.
Add cinnamon and sweetener to taste and blitz on Speed 9 for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Pour into 2 large mugs and top with our coconut and cinnamon marshmallows and extra cinnamon and shredded coconut.
Enjoy!

Hello .. do you consider this a small meal as I imagine with 200 mls of coconut cream + tbsp of coconut oil whilst these are healthy fats it’s a quite high caloric wise? Sounds delicious though.
