Coconut & Lime Green Ice-Blocks

 Juice and zest of 1-2 limes
 1 1/2 cups coconut cream
 1/2-1 ripe avocado
 1 tsp vanilla essence
 Honey or pure maple syrup to taste (or you can use banana to sweeten it)

Add all of your chosen ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth, creamy and completely combined.

Taste the mixture and adjust the flavours if needed.

Pour the mixture into your ice-block moulds and place them into the freezer to set.

Once they're set, run the moulds under water for 30 seconds to allow the moulds to come away easily.
