Cyndi’s Namibian Chia Pudding

This was our go-to breakfast in Namibia

 1 cup Changing Habits Chia Seeds
 1/4 cup Changing Habits Dates - cut into pieces and soaked over night
 1/4 cup Hazelnut flour (ground hazelnuts)
 3 Bananas
 2 tbsp Macadamia nut butter (or you could use peanut butter)
 1 tbsp Changing Habits Rapadura Sugar (or honey)
 400ml of coconut milk
 40ml boiling water
 1/4 tsp Changing Habits Seaweed Salt

Place the chia seeds into a large bowl and add boiled water, stir for a minute

Add coconut milk to chia mix, mix well and let sit for 10 Minutes

Mash the bananas and add the honey/rapadura sugar and the macadamia nut butter to the bananas and mix

Now combine the chia mix, banana mix and soaked dried fruit and add the salt and mix thoroughly

Serve immediately
