Easy Turmeric & Chicken Curry

A delicious and easy turmeric chicken curry. It's a 2-step process, chuck all the ingredients in your slow cooker and leave it slow cook for 4 hours. Then all you have to do it serve it up and enjoy every mouthful.

 600-800g organic chicken thigh, diced
 2 onions, diced
 1 Tbsp Changing Habits Beef Broth
 2 cans (270ml) coconut cream
 3 zucchinis, diced or sliced
 4 garlic cloves, crushed
 A small handful of curry leaves (roughly 1/4 cup loosely packed)
 3 kafir lime leaves
 1 stick of lemon grass
 1/2 cup coriander stems (use the leaves for garnish)
 1 lime juice
 1/2 tsp chili powder
 1 Tbsp Changing Habits Turmeric Powder
 1/2 cup water
 Salt and pepper to taste
 Optional Veggies to Add In: diced carrot, kale, spinach, pumpkin, cabbage

Add all the ingredients to your slow cooker and stir the ingredients together.

Cook on low for 4 hours.

When it's ready, taste and adjust the seasoning if needed, serve up with cauliflower rice or rice.
