Easy Veggie Sides – 4 Ways

Cauliflower Rice
 1 large cauliflower, roughly chopped
Broccoli Rice
 1 large broccoli head, roughly chopped
Cauliflower Puree
 1 Large cauliflower, chopped into florets
 1/2 tsp Changing Habits Seaweed Salt
 34 tbsp butter or ghee
 24 zucchinis spiralised into zucchini noodles (zoodles)
Cauliflower & Broccoli Rice

Add the chopped cauliflower into a food processor and blitz until it resembles a rice texture.


Scoop the cauliflower rice into a bowl and set it aside while you make the broccoli rice.


Now add the chopped broccoli and blitz it in the food processor until it resembles a rice texture.


You can store the 'veggie rice' in containers in the fridge or freezer and grab them out when you're ready to create your meals. You can create veggie fried rice, steam it, fry it in a little butter or coconut oil and more

Cauliflower Puree

Add the chopped cauliflower to a saucepan to steam it. Steam the cauliflower until it's cooked through.


Now add the cooked cauliflower, salt, pepper and butter or ghee to a food processor or blender and blitz until completely smooth or creamy. Please note, if you're on Phase 2 of the 4 Phase Fat Elimination Protocol you will have to omit the fat.


Scoop the puree into a container and store in the fridge or freezer.


Slice the ends off of your zucchini.


Now spiralise the zucchini into noodles.


Store in a container in the fridge. When you're ready to eat them, simply steam until you reach your desired texture or add them to a soup.
