
Wash the lettuce leaves and set them aside in a bowl.
Preheat a frying pan and add some coconut oil and allow it to melt all over.
Add the pieces of fish and salt into the frying pan and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
When they're ready pop them into a serving bowl.
If you're serving the tacos with grated cheese, carrot, fresh herbs and/ or sliced avocado, put them all into separate bowls.
Put the tomato-free tangy salsa into a serving bowl.
Put all the bowls on the table and allow everyone to help themselves.
Put 2 lettuce cups ontop of one another and fill with the fish, tomato free salsa and other optional ingredients. Enjoy.
