They are so simple and quick to make you could get your kids to do it! These make a great lunch box snack for the kids.

 1 cup shredded coconut
 A pinch of Changing Habits Seaweed Salt
 1 1/2 cups organic rice puffs toasted until golden brown
 1/2 Tbsp Changing Habits Ceylon Cinnamon
 1/4 cup coconut oil
 1/2 cup Changing Habits Cacao Melts
 Honey to taste or you can also try Changing Habits Rapadura Sugar for a little more crunchy texture

Add the coconut oil and cacao melts to a small saucepan and heat on a low heat until completely combined.

Add all the ingredients and sweetener to taste to a mixing bowl and combine until everything is coated.

Get a baking tray and place 8 cupcake liners on top of the tray.

Spoon the mix into cupcake liners until all the mixture has been used up.

Place in the fridge to set.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
