Preheat the oven to 180C. Grease and line a slice tin.
Add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix together until evenly combined.
Pour the mixture into the pre-prepared tin and spread it out evenly.
Place it in the oven and bake it for 40-45 minutes, or until cooked through.
Remove it from the oven and allow it to cool, you can transfer it to a wire rack after 15 minutes.
Place it in the fridge or serve warm with cream and berries.
