This is a fantastic warming drink that is full of anti-inflammatory properties!

 1 tsp Changing Habits Turmeric Powder
 1 cm ginger, grated
 1 cup milk of your choice
 1 pinch of black pepper and Changing Habits Ceylon Cinnamon
 Changing Habits Rapadura Sugar to taste

Add all ingredient to a small saucepan over medium heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring continuously

Remove from heat and let sit for a few minutes
