Add the bloomed gelatin, milk, vanilla, honey to taste and green powder to a small saucepan and melt on a low heat until the gelatin has completely dissolved.
Pour the green panna cotta mixture into 2 small glass jars and place them in the fridge to set.
Add the cacao wafers, coconut cream, honey to taste, and salt to a small saucepan and heat on a low heat until the wafers have completely melted. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if needed.
When the panna cotta has set, pour some of the chocolate sauce on top of them and serve. Enjoy every bite!
