Chia Puddings are a great nutrient packed snack, breakfast or lunch option and can even be made the night before. This particular recipe includes loads of beautiful greens which are important for aiding the bodies natural detoxification process, chelating heavy metals from the body along with proving us with many different antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until combined evenly or add all ingredients to a blender or thermomix and blend until combined, smooth and creamy.
Taste the mix and adjust if needed.
Pour into 2 small glass jars and place in the fridge until set.
When you're ready to eat it serve with fresh fruit, and/ or a dollop of yoghurt on top + a few toasted nuts, seeds or shredded coconut for garnishing.

Jordan, this recipe used to be 2-4 dates only and 1-2 handfuls of spinach, are there now typos?
Haha yes this recipe is very different to the original. Thanks so much for the pick up. We’ve recently just changed over recipe platforms and not all the recipe measurements were transferred correctly hence the 24 dates (supposed to be 2-4 dates). Thanks again Emma 🙂
