Green Superfood Chia Pudding

Chia Puddings are a great nutrient packed snack, breakfast or lunch option and can even be made the night before. This particular recipe includes loads of beautiful greens which are important for aiding the bodies natural detoxification process, chelating heavy metals from the body along with proving us with many different antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.

 1 cup milk of choice (dairy, coconut, nut, goats)
 1/4 cup chia seeds
 1 vanilla essence or powder
 1 Maca powder (optional)
 sml handful baby spinach leaves
 1 large banana or avocado, mashed until creamy
 3 Changing Habits Dates finely chopped
 1 tsp Changing Habits Probiotics
 1 tsp Changing Habits Colloidal Minerals
 1 tsp Changing Habits Supreme Green Blend

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until combined evenly or add all ingredients to a blender or thermomix and blend until combined, smooth and creamy.

Taste the mix and adjust if needed.

Pour into 2 small glass jars and place in the fridge until set.

When you're ready to eat it serve with fresh fruit, and/ or a dollop of yoghurt on top + a few toasted nuts, seeds or shredded coconut for garnishing.
