All the ingredients used in this juice will boost the immune system! We love adding turmeric to sweet or savoury dishes and even juices as the curcumin component (found in turmeric) is anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, anti-bacterial, detoxifying and amazing for digestive health!

Ingredients
 1 carrot
 1 orange peeled
 2 bananas
 1 tsp Changing Habits Turmeric
 1 tsp Changing Habits Nature's Vitamin C
 2 tsp Changing Habits Ginger Powder
 2 cups coconut water
Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender or Thermomix and blitz on a high speed until smooth.

We like to keep it chunky for all those added benefits and fiber but you can strain the mixture if you prefer. Pour over two glasses, enjoy!
