Immune Boosting Tea

Yields1 Serving

Now that its winter, it's time to get creative with using beautiful varieties of immune boosting ingredients by adding them to tea. I often leave these ingredients in a tea pot overnight and have 'cold brewed' teas and sip them throughout the day. They are just as delicious warm too.

*If measurement isn't specified, add to taste
 Fresh mint leaves
 Fresh, sliced ginger
Tea leaves or bag of your choice (herbal blends, liquorice, green tea etc.)
1 tsp Changing Habits Colloidal Minerals (added once cooled)
1/4 tsp Changing Habits Camu Camu Powder (added once cooled)
Juice of lemon, lime or orange
1

Steep the ginger and tea over night (for a cold brewed version) or until desired.

2

Mix together all ingredients evenly.

3

Pour into a glass jar and sip throughout the day or serve warm in a mug. If you have it warm (mix the colloidal and camu camu powder into the liquid at the very last minute as to not to destroy their nutritional value).
