Kombucha Gummies

Kombucha is a probiotic rich food that will help to balance the gut flora.

 3 cups Kombucha
 1 cup filtered water
 3-4 Tbsp. Changing Habits Gelatin
 2 heaping Tbs. of raw organic honey
 Pinch of Changing Habits Seaweed Salt

In a saucepan, whisk together the 1 cup of water and gelatin. Let sit for 5 minutes.

Then turn the heat on medium and whisk until the gelatin dissolves.

Let the mixture cool to room temperature (to preserve the healthy enzymes in the raw honey and the beneficial bacteria in the Kombucha)

Then whisk in the honey, kombucha and the salt.

Pour into a glass dish or moulds and chill until set.
