Smoothies are a great way to get more greens into your diet, they are a quick and easy breakfast or snack option and can be made the night before so you don't have to rush as much in the morning or stress about what to eat while trying to run out the door.

Yields2 Servings

 1 large frozen banana, chopped into pieces
 4 baby spinach leaves
 1 cup fresh mint leaves
 2 coconut water or Kultured Wellness coconut water kefir
 0.50 cup ice
 1 cucumber, chopped
 Juice of 1 lime
 0.50 cup filtered water (if needed)

Add all ingredients to a high speed blender or thermomix and blend until smooth, creamy and lump free (roughly 2 minutes)

Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy immediately.
