A super easy, nourishing one pan wonder meal that can be made in under 15 minutes.

Add the green beans and coconut oil to a frying pan and sauté until 3/4 cooked through.
Add the remaining ingredients and sauté all the ingredients together until the meat is golden brown and the beans are cooked yet still a tiny bit crunchy.
When it's ready remove the pan from the heat.
Place a handful of spinach onto a plate and top with the mince and beans.
Serve straight away with any of the optional serving suggestions.

Love this One Pan Wonder Meal, I make it all the time. Although I love broccoli, so I swapped the beans for broccoli instead. Can also easily be adjusted to a Phase 2 (4PFEP) meal.
