Overnight Choc Coconut Chia Pudding

 1 1/2 cupscoconut milk (additive free)
 4 tbsp Changing Habits Cacao Powder
 1 tsp Changing Habits Ceylon Cinnamon
 7 Changing Habits Dates chopped, or 1-3 Tbsp honey
 A pinch of Changing Habits Seaweed Salt
 1 cup shredded coconut
 1/3 cup chia seeds
 Changing Habits Cacao Melts, chopped and mixed through, or sprinkle on top for garnishing

Add coconut milk, cacao powder, cinnamon, dates, salt and shredded coconut into a food processor or blender and blitz. However, if you like your chia pudding to have more texture, simply stir all ingredients together in a bowl and combine.

Pour into two glasses and stir through the chia seeds and sprinkle the chopped cacao melts on top. Place in the fridge overnight.

Serve with desired toppings, we used chopped Changing Habits Cacao Melts, but you can also top with chopped nuts or seeds, fresh berries or other seasonal fruits, and/ or Changin Habits Inca Inchi Seeds.
