Add coconut milk, cacao powder, cinnamon, dates, salt and shredded coconut into a food processor or blender and blitz. However, if you like your chia pudding to have more texture, simply stir all ingredients together in a bowl and combine.
Pour into two glasses and stir through the chia seeds and sprinkle the chopped cacao melts on top. Place in the fridge overnight.
