Add all the ingredients into a clean glass jar. Close the lid and shake the ingredients together until everything is combined.
Place the jar onto a shelf in your pantry and allow this to ferment for 3-5 days (the time will depend on the weather - if you're in a cool climate wrap the jar in a few tea towels to keep it warm).
When it's ready place it in the fridge.
Serve with homemade seedy crackers, on top of nachos or homemade burgers.

Liked this probiotic salsa. Made another one with whole cherry tomatoes out of a different cookbook but liked this one at CH site better. Would make again.
Are the CH probiotics suggested in the above recipe suitable for children of all ages?
Hello, Is there a ‘test’ to know when this salsa is ready? Thanks
Hi Rebecca, yes you can taste test it to see when it’s ready 🙂
