With the weather heating up these are super nourishing and great for when the kids (or the big kids) need a cool down. These are quick to make and a great replacement for those packaged ice-blocks full of bad sugars.

Ingredients
 1 large banana
 250350 milk (coconut, dairy, nut, kefir or runny yoghurt)
 2 capfulls Changing Habits Colloidal Minerals (optional)
 1 tbsp nut butter (peanut, almond or macadamia)
 Raw honey to taste

Add all ingredients to a thermomix or blender and blitz together until combined. It should be creamy, smooth and lump free.

Taste the mixture and adjust if needed.

Pour the mixture into ice-block moulds.

Place the in the freezer to set for a couple hours.

Once ready, run the mould under warm water to allow the mould to come away from the ice-block easier. Eat and enjoy!
