Filling
 1 tbsp Hum Honey or Spiral Foods Organic Maple Syrup (add up to 1 tbsp more to taste)
Choc Top
 1 tbsp Hum Honey or Spiral Foods Organic Maple Syrup (add up to 1 tbsp more to taste)

Add all filling ingredients to a food processor and blitz to combine.

Press the mixture into a lined container evenly. Then place in the freezer to set.

Add all the choc top ingredients to a small saucepan and allow it to melt together until combined.

Pour the mixture on top of the shredded coconut mix, and place in the fridge or freezer until set.

When it's ready, slice into squares or rectangles and enjoy!
