Do you need extra sneaky ideas, yet incredibly delicious recipes that can hide lots of beautiful greens in them? This recipe, although a dessert, is still made from real, wholefoods and is quite nutrient dense with the addition of the beautiful coconut, avocado, greens powder and limes.
Add all base ingredients to a food processor and blitz until well combined and the mixture starts clumping together.
Press the base into a lined spring form tin evenly, then place in the freezer to set while you begin your filling.
Add all of your chosen filling ingredients to a high quality food processor or blender and blend until smooth and creamy. You may need to scrape down the sides a couple of times. Taste the mixture and adjust if needed.
Pour the filling over the base and pop back in the freezer until set.
When ready, remove from the freezer and allow it to thaw slightly, then warm up a knife with hot water from the tap so it will glide right through the still slightly frozen cheesecake. Enjoy and savour every single bite!
