Vegan pesto in a bowl

A great dairy-free pesto alternative!

 1 bunch of basil
 3/4 cups cashews
 1 clove garlic
 1 tbsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
 Changing Habits Seaweed Salt and pepper to taste

Blend all ingredient in a food processor or thermomix until the desired texture is reached.

Serve in a bowl
