A great condiment to add a bit of chilli heat! Store in the refrigerator and use with vegetables, stir-fries, eggs and more for a little spicy kick!

 20 bird's eye chillis, deseeded
2 tsp Changing Habits Ginger Powder
 2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp Changing Habits Seaweed Salt
1 tbsp Changing Habits Rapadura Sugar
 1 brown onion, diced
 2 cloves garlic, crushed
 Juice of 1 lime
Directions
1

Place the onion, garlic and chillis in a food processor or Thermomix and blitz until the desired consistency is reached. To use as a paste, blitz until the mixture is fine, or if you'd like to use it as a dipping sauce, you might like to leave it a little chunkier.

2

Transfer the mixture into a fry pan on medium heat for 5 minutes. Then turn the heat to medium-low and add the remaining ingredients. Cook for 45 minutes stirring frequently.

3

Store in the refrigerator in an air tight container. Add to vegetables, stir fries, eggs, etc.
