Preheat the oven to 180C.
Slice the tomatoes, onion and zucchini so they're suitable to fit onto a kebab stick.
Begin to add the beef and veggies to your sticks and alternate the ingredients as you like. Keep creating new kebabs until you have used up all of your ingredients.
Once they're done, place them onto a flat oven tray.
Brush the kebabs with the coconut oil and sprinkle the salt, pepper, chilli, turmeric and garlic powders over the top evenly.
Place them in the oven and roast for 30-35minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
Remove them from the oven and allow them to rest while you make your dressing.
Add all of your dressing ingredients to a food processor or small blender and blitz together until smooth and creamy.
Pour the dressing into a bowl.
Now you can serve everything up. You can drizzle the dressing over the top of the kebabs or simply dip them into the bowl. Enjoy.
