 1 large frozen banana, chopped
 ½ cup frozen strawberries
 1 1/2 cups milk of choice (nut, coconut, dairy)
 3 Changing Habits Dates (optional)

Add all ingredients into a high speed blender or thermomix and blend until completely smooth.

Pour into a glass and drink immediately, enjoy!

You can also add in other ingredients such as; Changing Habits Ceylon Cinnamon, Changing Habits Turmeric Powder, ginger, avocado, cashews or almonds, Changing Habits Shredded Coconut, Changing Habits Chia Seeds, other fruits, baby spinach leaves, spirulina or Changing Habits Supreme Green Blend, cacao or cocoa powder etc.
