A refreshing and nutrient packed smoothy, which takes only minutes to prepare and make.

 1 large frozen banana, chopped
 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
 1 1/2 cups milk of choice (nut, coconut, dairy)
 3 Changing Habits Dates (optional)

Add all ingredients into a high speed blender or thermomix and blend until completely smooth.

Pour into a glass and drink immediately, enjoy!

    I’m sure there is a typo. Did you mean 2-4 dates or 24 dates. I think it would be a insulin spike with 24 dates?

      Hi Valerie,
      Oh my goodness thank you so much for the pickup. Yes, it would be 2-4 dates. We’ve recently just changed our recipe platform over, and some of the recipe measurements didn’t transfer properly, hence the 24 dates instead of 2-4. We will fix this up now and thanks again for commenting! 🙂
