Strawberry Coconut Ice-Blocks

A really easy recipe you can make in under 3 minutes. This one is great one for the kids on a hot day.

 1 cup strawberries
 1 1/2 cups coconut water
 Optional Add In: fresh mint leaves, fresh passionfruit stirred through

Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz to combine, If you want to remove the strawberry seeds, pour through a fine mesh sieve.

Pour the mixture into ice-block moulds and place in the freezer to set.

When they're set, just run the moulds under warm for 20-30 seconds until they come away and enjoy straight away.
